Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Made-to-measure products
Pool Perf® panels and gates are manufactured to the sizes, colours and designs you specify. Because they are custom made, they cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or measured incorrectly. Please check your measurements carefully before confirming - and if you are unsure, have a Trade Partner measure for you.
Damage in transit
Every order is individually wrapped and palletised, but transit damage can still happen. Any actual or suspected damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and photograph any damage before installation.
Faulty products
If a product has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 10-year warranty. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected product.
What the warranty does not cover
Damage from impact, accident or misuse; installation within 1km of the sea or within 1.5m of the pool splash zone; damage caused by harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasives; normal weathering including gradual loss of gloss and colour; and damage occurring during pickup, delivery or installation by a third party. Hinges and locks are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
How to make a claim
Contact head office on 1300 332 688 or sales@poolperf.com.au with your order details, proof of purchase and photographs. Claims cannot be assessed while any payment on the account remains outstanding.
